Who is iLink Solutions?

We recently had an opportunity to have a conversation with iLink and discussed the benefits of the cloud 

Aspect: On your site, you state that you put strategic consulting and technological solutions together in order to completely fulfill the companies’ demands, always adapting to the particularities of each business: from the management of internal processes to customer service.  How does the availability of Aspect Via in Brazil help you with this promise?

Aspect: You have been in the Contact Center space for 15 years, what do you see as the driving force for organizations to move to the cloud? 

iLink: The convenience and mobility that the cloud provides to the user allows them to focus more on their business, in addition to not having the need to worry about investing in infrastructure, maintenance, support, frequent updates and specially the safety of being in an environment that ensures the continuity of the company without impacts.
