Aspect® Unified IP® Infinity™ Program

Not all of our customers are alike. We recognize that not everyone has the same deployment requirements. That’s why we developed the Aspect Unified IP Infinity program.  Announced in July, this multi-year program is designed to help customers protect their investment, reduce infrastructure burden and ensure ongoing security and compliance for Aspect Unified IP deployments.

With the recent announcement of the general availability of Aspect® Unified IP® (UIP) & Advanced List Management™ (ALM) 7.4,  I wanted to take the opportunity to remind you about the benefits of the program. Aspect is supporting our  customers who want to continue to use Unified IP, on-premise for years to come. We’ve extended the product roadmap to ensure ongoing service and support in the future.  This strategy aligns with the needs of our key customers who are following a timeline that is right for their business needs when it comes to  moving their contact center to the cloud.

The Aspect Unified IP Infinity program entitles customers to our new releases, including the recently available Aspect Unified IP 7.4, and planned roadmap updates such as customer requested enhancements, simplified upgrades and refreshes of third-party technologies that help ensure compliance with IT and security standards. Additionally, customers will also benefit from flexible media port migration credit options, making refreshing and consolidating on the latest media server hardware and software not only simple, but also cost effective.

One of the main benefits of the Infinity program is upgrade assurance.  This provides a path for upgrades with expert consultation, planning and implementation services as well as maintenance for users of older versions of Unified IP software who agree to upgrade to the supported version as part of the program. We encourage all customers who are interested in participating in the program to contact their Aspect account executive to get specifics on how your company could benefit from additional support for upgrades, bridging or discounted professional services for technology integrations or add-ons that go along with agreeing to sign up for a multi-year maintenance renewal.
